BUILD24 ORLANDO AT SEA is a premier real estate conference event, taking place from August 2nd to 5th aboard the Royal Caribbean’s Utopia of the Seas. This event provides networking, learning, and growth opportunities for your real estate business.
Everyone is welcome to attend BUILD24! You don’t need to be a real estate agent to join. It’s a fantastic opportunity for networking and learning, no matter your profession.
General admission to the event is $97 per person and must be purchased with a cruise cabin. Cruise cabin costs vary based on your preference and date of booking.
You must register online through this official website. Simply click the “Register” button and follow the instructions. All BUILD24 tickets must be purchased with a cabin.
Yes! We encourage attendees to bring registered guests. Each guest must be paid for and registered individually to attend any event during the conference.
During registration, you can add additional guests. You must select a cabin category that allows for 3 guests, or 4 guests, based on your needs. Each guest is registered for the event as part of the checkout. You can then update your registration through our travel planner if you don’t require BUILD24 event tickets for all guests.
We do not offer group discounts. However, you can register multiple guests under one primary attendee.
The event is hosted aboard the Royal Caribbean’s Utopia of the Seas, leaving out of Port Canaveral.
The event spans from August 2nd to 5th. Make sure to check the schedule for specific event timings.
For U.S. citizens, a passport is not strictly required for closed-loop cruises (those that begin and end at the same U.S. port) traveling to the Bahamas. You may use a government-issued photo ID along with a birth certificate. However, we highly recommend having a valid passport as it facilitates smoother processing at ports of entry and is necessary for international air travel, should you need to fly from a foreign port back to the U.S. for emergency reasons. Pack business casual attire for the conference, one formal attire for a “dress to impress” night, and casual wear for other cruise activities. Don’t forget essentials like prescription medicines, toiletries and other personal items.
